You join me today in this amazing video working the neck head and shoulders to ease pain. Joining me today is Laurie when she walked in she told me how she was suffering pain in her neck and her mid back.
So the first thing i wanted to do was soften up her neck... i also added in some hair pulling and scalp massage for good measure to help relax her....
we did some neck stretches some soft tissue work into her neck and worked some important pressure point around her neck. I also checked out the chest and it was clear part of her pain comes from tight chest so we did some stretches to open this up both supine and sidelining. it was interesting to feel her shoulders while rotating in the side position as you could feel the tension both in the chest and the back of her shoulder.
