Hey everyone! 👋 Anil Cakmak here!
In this video, I welcomed a guest from abroad who had been following my channel for a long time.
He came with a special request: he wanted both ASMR head massage and back massage in a single session.
🧖♂️ We started with the classic ASMR head massage, focusing on sleep therapy and deep relaxation.
As the session ended, I gently tried to move him to the therapy bed — but he was so deeply asleep that waking him up took some effort. He looked around confused, trying to understand where he was.
🛌 Once he was on the bed, I continued with a full ASMR back massage, combining traditional methods with a unique twist:
I applied cupping therapy, and inside each cup, I placed serpentine stones (yılan gözü taşı) — known for their calming and healing properties.
💬 At the end of the session, when I woke him up again, he softly whispered:
“I'm so sleepy.”
This was a true ASMR sleep massage therapy, designed to calm both the body and mind. I hope it brings you the same peace it brought him.
