Prepare to be tingled as I tap, scratch and run my hands over my 14" djembe in order to create (sometimes rhythmic) trigger sounds known to induce ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) and provide a relaxed, calming and soothing state of mind. Yet another experimental and completely improvised performance of mine.
