Freestyling a lower back massage for both pain relief and relaxation, So Natalie came to me and mentioned nothing of lower back pain within seconds of looking at her I could see how her lower back was tight hey QL on the left side shortened raising her hips, to the touch her muscles felt fairly tight until you dropped deep then you could feel how tight they was. I freestyled various techniques including fascial release, deep tissue, trigger point, pressure point, stretching as I slowly encouraged the body to let go and release both the muscle and her pain.
