..What better way to relax you body and send you to sleep than softly softly back massage gently running the fingertips up and down the spine.... i know i love this at bedtime do you?
Now when i do this i allow my fingers to explore the body but also track over the meridians to see if i can feel the Chi (Qi/energy) underneath my finger tips and see how there energy is reacting to my touch....
Light touch is actually a great way to calm the nervous system as it stimulates and calms different nerve ending to traditional massage techniques...
