I drink water but not enough... Eating ice in my opinion, gives the same health benefits as drinking water. Therefore, I always have a large cup of ice most of the time when I have a long drive or when I go for walks. I prefer to chew on smaller cubes or crunchy ice cubes because they are not so hard on your teeth and it's fun to eat! I love the crunchy sounds.
