ASMR DOUBLE TEAM

this was going to be a normal 10 triggers in 10 minutes video but... well... I just don't know what happened

sorry for not uploading for almost two weeks, I've been feeling a little bit down but getting better, also I will be applying sound isolating walls to my studio very soon, so I work my videos and music during the day without any problem (right now it's almost sunrise and it's the time I normally finish this)

if you're dealing with depression always consider what's better for you: get a professional to help you, and if you can't, get the closest person you have to analyze what you can't in the moment, don't give up to common sense

I have recently closed all of my social media if you didn't know, except for my Instagram:

https://www.instagram.com/seb.asmr

I will be posting very few times there only. I dislike social networks a lot, I just enjoy creating on YouTube for you, in pair with my music

the reason why I deleted my pictures is because I hate posing myself, I have nothing against art, specially photography (which I love), but it's not what I want to become

many times I've seen myself as somebody that doesn't have anything else to show than the aesthetic and it's not about that for me, it's all about love and showing it, not pretending to be somebody that I should always be

it's 5:33am meanwhile I write this and I find it kind of unhealthy to continue, don't worry about me, I'm fine and happy, insomniac (but falling asleep to PierreG's ASMR as always haha)

much, much love to you and I hope your dreams come true

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterised by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterised by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.
