NANI=what
YATTENO=slang for the Japanese for what is usually the present continuous tense in English of the Japanese rough form of SURU (to do)-- in this case YARU(to do)
YARU -- YATTEIRU -- casually YATTERU
NO=ending implying a question

NIHONGO=Japanese language
SHITTERU=the casual tense for the verb to know, SHIRU
SHIRU--SHITTEIRU (present continuous form) -- SHITTERU (casual form)
WAKE=reason
WAKE NAI=no reason, no way. So in this case:
NIHONGO SHITTERU WAKE NAI YO.=There is no way/reason you should be able to speak Japanese.
YO=stress ending

Another usual expression is:
(BOKU GA) WAKARU WAKE NAI! = How the hell should I KNOW!?

To make a grammatically correct sentence, you
ANATA GA NIHONGO WO SHITTEIRU WAKE (GA)ARIMASEN.
KUSAI=stinky
GAIJIN=foreigner
JIBUN=your own
NO=possessive article, like apostrophe "s" in English
KUNI=country
HE=article indicating direction of movement (NI is also acceptable here)
KAERE=casual command form of the verb KAERU (to return)
YO=stress ending
