Seriously, you CANNOT taste the broccoli at all, AT ALL! So this is great for kids or adults who don't eat enough cancer fighting cruciferous veggies (is this you)?! You can adjust the sweetness and add whatever toppings you like. I made over a liter of smoothie and I had about 5 cups of chopped broccoli in it! :D
* 4-5 cups chopped broccoli
* 1 small cucumber
* 2 handfuls of cilantro
* 1 large red delicious apple
* 1 large lemon WITH pith
* thumb size chunk of ginger
* 1 medium banana
* 1 clementine
(pear would be amazing)
Adjust the sweetness as you go!!
* sprinkle cinnamon
* toasted oat cereal
* raw oats
* chia seeds
* dark chocolate chunks
(anything really) :)
