I have been watching a lot of instruction videos and I wanted to take a crack at it myself! Babys first instruction video!!!!! This week I also decided to go out of my comfort zone and be super close to the camera (something that I am not really use to doing) but I wanted to perform a lot of visual triggers as well during this video to help stimulate a relaxing experience!
