This book has been in the works since 2016, officially. Unofficially, I have iCloud notes and journal entries that contributed to the contents of Mettle than span several years, several heartbreaks, several experiences. “Mettle” is a tribute to myself, an ode to old loves, and an homage to my upbringing. It's journal entries, it's prose, it's poetry. It's, well, me. A side of me that a lot of you don't know.

It's the book I never thought I would write... but I did and I hope you all love it as much as I do ♡
