ASMR // 📦 Box Breathing...with Boxes

Hi friends! Hope you’re doing well!

Today I wanted to share a simple breathing technique called Box Breathing that can help in times of stress or anytime you need some chill.

It goes like this: inhale in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and repeat.

If it’s difficult or uncomfortable to hold your breath for 4 seconds, just do what you can, or alternate between inhales and exhales and leave out the holds. This video will guide you through 5 minutes of breathing, but that can be a lot to start with, so feel free to just do what you can, and sit back and relax when you’re done breathing!

As you breathe, I added in some relaxing sounds of tapping on…well, BOXES of course haha! For those of you who prefer no ASMR sounds or tapping/scratching noises, stay tuned, because coming up soon, I’ll have another video with no box sounds and guided breathing only.
