I wish I could’ve chosen a different video to do this on, but these ones get more views anyway so thats an upside. First and foremost, I wanted to address the protests, BLM, and George Floyd. Any negative comments regarding this will be deleted immediately. It is such a heavy topic, and I don’t want to say anything wrong or misinforming. I would stand with you all in the protests, but I cannot afford the risk of bringing the virus into my home. I don’t have the biggest following, but I feel that anyone with any kind of platform should not be silent about this.
For anyone that is uneducated on these topics, please do your research. I unfortunately am not good at explaining these things, so I will leave you sources and links, so you can inform yourselves and do what you can to help.
I also want to acknowledge that I myself am privileged and I never have and never will be negatively affected by my skin color. I am not oppressed. But I stand with you, and everyone else should do the same.
