ASMR shirt scratching with tiny taps and some mouth sounds - lo-fi

At 5.30am, most sensible people are still asleep but not me...hence the less than adequate lighting. This is as authentic as it comes and there's something so raw and earthy about filming without any kind of special equipment. Just me and my camera and the shirt/sweater zippy top thing. What do I even call it?
