More chapters of the babysitters club are here! *STORY UPDATES* Thank you to all the sleepy seeds 🌱 who have been filling out my polls! I made a poll asking if you all prefer for me to release books all at once, or a few chapters at a time. To my total shock 75% of you all said you would prefer I release a few chapters at a time!!
I was planning to release the entire book, The Babysitters Club, Marianne Saves The Day this week and a Goosebumps book in September (the one I read a few chapters of last Fall!). But I can take feedback!! 📖
I have been wracking my brain the last few days trying to decide how to do this, as I know I have a split audience. I could release a few chapters at a time every single week and have The Babysitters Club every week in August and Goosebumps every week in September and October which would bring us right to Halloween. Perfect!! ✨ But I know not all of you come here for the reading videos and I don't want to take away the other kinds of videos I make and give less of those to the rest of you. It's also challenging because I make original and rainy versions, which takes up slotted release space as well, but I know it's split down the middle on what you all prefer for that too.
I thought about it a lot and I think the thing to do is this - I will release both books a few chapters at a time every week as requested, but I will not take up a normal slot every week. Some weeks I will, and some weeks it'll just be a bonus video so I can still deliver other kinds of content as well and produce both rainy and regular versions. I hope this is something that gives everyone what they want. It does mean 5 videos a week instead of 4 every other week for the next 3 months. I'm not sure if that will be TOO much content for you all, but hopefully this strikes a balace. I am happy to hear what you think of this plan!
This means we'll get through most of the Babysitters Club in August, pivot to Goosebumps for September and October. Goosebumps will finish end of October just in time for Halloween! Then you will get the FINAL chapters of the Babysitters Club early November, getting the final chapters, the full book.
Perhaps this is way too much information for you all, and you all possibly may not care! That's totally ok. I know I overthink, but it's only because I care so much about making content that you all like, and I only have so many slots a week to do so!
