Meditate with me: Just being present, body doubling meditation, connecting to the presence within and letting it guide me in this moment. It's a new series: the Alphabet of Presence. We'll go through each letter.
Sit with me, connect with your heart, open to your inner sanctuary.
More and more, when I sit to record videos for you, I don't want to move my hands with light language, I don't want to speak or explain. I just crave sitting still and witnessing the energy dancing, opening, guiding me through a path.
You will still benefit, you will always benefit from sitting still. Maybe the purpose of those videos are body doubling. Encouragement to practice presence.
