ASMR In The Dark For Sleep and Relaxation✨🌛 (assorted triggers and whisper ramble)

This video was inspired by Batala's ASMR in the dark video!💜✨💫 Her background is much prettier but I still thought that the LED lights in this would be perfect for this type of video💕 In this video I do some assorted slow and gentle triggers such as repeating trigger words like "relax", "sleepy", "coconut", tingly", and even "danke" which means "thank you" in german and i think makes a perfect german trigger word! I do some soothing hair brushing trigger sounds, tapping, positive affirmations, and hand movements. I also do a lot of whisper rambling! At the end I do some brief breathing techniques as well. You can use this to fall asleep late at night when you are looking for some slow, gentle, and calming asmr to help you sleep or in the background of whatever you're doing!
