Hope you enjoy this little session which was inspired by my recent trip. I so enjoy the work I do and the amazing people I get to meet, but I'm still and introvert. I get drained in ways from more social interactions than I am used to and with travel and time shifts I had to really make sure I took deliberate steps to not get burnt out. Energizing the Spirit or Astral Body is a way to use healing arts practices to restore vitality to your subtle fields and draw energy to you.
In this video we do this work very simply, but calling in the elements.
Make sure as well if you feel sensations of comfort and peace to send those feeling to your Spirit Body to add to the empowerment of this field. Having a charged Astral Body also supports astral travel potential, lucid dreaming, psychic centers activation, and the ability to navigate one's path from a place of alignment, deflecting energy vampires and other forms of energy attack.

Presently in a state of overlap as I move between closing up old ways of doing things and moving into new ways. To be able to free up more space and time to create videos I'm leaning more into developing Patreon as this is a huge source of inspiration and support of the work, as well as being open to working with the occasional sponsorship should it fit the channel vibe.

As of Nov 1 2019 I will no longer be offering 1 to 1 training as logistically it is just not something I can sustain. I am working out another option for remote classes each month, but the 1 to 1 will not be available. This will not affect anyone who have made requests for 1 to 1 prior to Nov 1 st.

I am shifting more of my focus to creative endeavors such as this channel, the Patreon community, live streams, my shared audio project The Innate, and other projects.
