산책을 하며 문득 생각을 했어요
가볍게 살자 눈앞에 있는 순간들에 행복하자는
제 삶은 눈 뜨는 아침이 설레어요

식사 시간엔 재료 고유의 맛을 온전히 느낄 수도 있고요
커피 한잔하며 하는 대화들이 유쾌하고
웃음이 끊이질 않는 이 시간이 소중해요

맛있는 음식을 먹고 대화하는 여유로운 느낌
인생에 작지만 가장 중요한 감정이구나 느낍니다

소소한 행복에 눈을 뜨기 시작하니
손안에 있는 것이 없을 때가 가장 마음이 편안하다는 걸 느껴요
내려놓는 마음 긴 시간이 걸렸습니다

주변의 속삭임에 흔들리지 않고
제가 좋아하는 음식을 먹고
좋아하는 취미 생활을 하는 것이
이렇게 행복하고 소중한 일인지
이제 서라도 알아서 전 복받았다 생각해요

제 중심을 견고하게 쌓아 더욱더 단단한 내면을 가진
저를 소중히 사랑해 주는 사람이 되고 싶어요

It took me a long time to put it down.

Having a hobby that I like

I'm blessed that I know what to do. I think.
