FISH SAVED MY MENTAL HEALTH? (Advice?)

There is a large component that is behavioral, which basically means chemical rx's. Working on my mental programming, along with the help of nutritious food has helped me get to this point. A plant based diet is beneficial in many ways. It was the vehicle that allowed me to start loving myself. But because I had a past of chronic stress and constant fight or flight (since childhood) .. there is a difference in the way my nervous system functions; it is a lot more reactive than normal. Been working on the mental aspect and physical aspect for 7 years now and have made GREAT PROGRESS. The journey to healing may be a lifelong one. It won't ever be perfect, but I'm doing my best and try to improve each day. Thanks for watching.
