relax and unwind with a shiatsu hand massage, when im working down meridians of the arm i love to add this little hand massage.. especially when working any of the fire meridians.
It has an incredibly soothing effect on the body as i work pressure points in the hands helping the client relax and unwind.
lots of great pressure points on the hand to help calm the mind ease anxiety and help with sleep issues.
