I just want to mention that I do feel bad for people with addiction and also people who suffer with diabetes. Its just it really annoys me when people complain about Narcan being free but insulin isn't and then go and shame the addicts like its their fault the insulin isn't free or something. Be mad at the government instead for making your insulin so expensive. Also I don't think a proper diet and exercise will cure diabetes I just think it will make it easier to manage. Also I'm strictly talking about type 2 diabetes for this video. I'm not a doctor, I very well could sound like an idiot throughout the entire video, if I am way off on some things let me know!
