Awaken the Senses with Reiki and ASMR

Hope you are enjoying the transition into Taurus season. This video theme was inspired by the indulgent sign. We first talk about ways to play with the senses with some ASMR sounds, all to relax you and preparing for the energy work. I also pull a couple cards, group A and group B, share some crystals, etc.

During a session in person, most of the time we are talking. It's part of the process to define what we are working on, cover some new ideas or practices which may help and then move to the session itself. We also speak on the Astral or subtle senses and ideas to develop them.

The intention focuses on not only awakening the senses but also clearing numbness so we can really see, feel, touch, taste, and experience. When our senses are responding to the environment we don't need as much as well, so this can be helpful in releasing patterns or need for over indulgence.

My mood is a bit silly, hope it doesn't take away from the experience. It's kinda weird making these at home, but I'm sure I'll adjust for a few months until I set up another space.
