Deep Tissue Chest, Neck & Armpit Massage To Release Shoulder PAIN![ASMR][No Talking][No Music]

Firstly let me get this off my chest since we are dealing with the chest, sadly the first half of the video [ where she still has her top on) I lost the recording of the sound from the main mic so we are using the sound from the camera mic, thus the sound vastly improves from approx half way, I did think of binning the first half however I felt there was some really great massage techniques some lovely stretches and joint mobilization not to mention the massage itself. This video may seem a little odd to some but in order to ease shoulder pain sometimes we have to work a little into the armpit but also a lot in the chest to create space around the joint so the shoulder can move freely again rather than being kept held by tight surrounding tissues.
