I remember the time I thought eating fat on a high carb diet was a no-no. While I saw great results cutting out cooking oils, I also did not eat avocado or nuts! My skin was always very dry and inflamed .. when I began incorporating fats again, my skin def improved and I also felt more satiated.
When I am consistent with sweating everyday, I burn right through fat: avocados, peanut butter, olive oil, etc so I can mix fat and high carb meals together. But during the days I do not workout and eat a high carb meal with fat, I feel sleepy afterwards. So I found that eating my fats separate with leafy greens or salads work well, while being able to have a high carb meal afterwards. This also helps with my experience with candida!
