(I also really like writing out my thoughts instead of just speaking so enjoy this short essay haha, i suck at talking in case you haven’t notice my stumbles in my words in videos, gets so much worse when I’m nervous/umcomfy, ugh!! haha)

I have struggled a lot in school with depression, dealing with the loss of a relative, dealing with loneliness, loosing many friend-connections over the years, dealing with tons of anxiety. Over the years, the ways I coped with all of this were pretty unhealthy.
But overtime I learned that it wasn’t worth hurting myself, it wasn’t worth crying all the time, nothing would change unless I did at least try to change something and take action. So I started to take control over my happiness. Removing toxic people. Found much more supportive people such a meeting my boyfriend, and I have been getting better ever since. My boyfriend has been my rock, my comfort, my everything, and has been so supportive and helps me through everything. He has taught me how to be positive about myself and to not be so mean to myself, and i thank him so much for that. Over time, I have learned better ways to deal with stress and anxiety with breathing methods, telling myself its okay, messaging or calling a friend.
