Hello Friends!

I probably shouldn't have filmed this today since I just went on a 6 mile walk about town to do all my errands (No car, gah!) and I was pretty tired by the time I got back. But I really wanted to start having a regular schedule again, so I hope my worn-out-ness isn't distracting.

I remember when the idea for this particular "fix you" came to me. I was in the car on the long drive down to Portland to see my mom and a commercial for a store in the mall of my youth came up. I was reminiscing when I remembered there was a little kiosk selling bonsai trees outside it and I used to love looking at all the cool shapes they had trained the tree to make. Then i looked up how to train your own bonsai and I marveled at the dedication and art that goes into them. They need a lot of attention, and I just love giving my attention to the camera for you guys. ^_^

Have a great week!

What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response which is a kind of pseudo-scientific name for what is actually a very real feeling that many people have experienced. It's generally described as a pleasant tingling in one’s head, neck or spine and can be downright euphoric for some. Videos with the ASMR tag are made to trigger that feeling specifically in people to help them relax and fall asleep and generally include things like soft speaking, close attention, meticulous finger movements, sounds close to the ear and many other awesome things.
