This is a quick 18-minute Yoga Nidra NSDR practice to reset your nervous system. It is particularly helpful after a stressful event or day or in times of change where anxiety may feel heightened and is great to do on your work break or even while the baby sleeps. It includes simple breath practice, body awareness and mindfulness practice in a relaxed and trauma informed way.

Yoga Nidra is 'the sleep of the yogi' and is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is deep relaxation and rest without sleep - although it's fine if you do fall asleep! Restoration before liberation :) Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, chronic pain, PTSD and so much more.
