ASMR | DIY Herbal Healing Salve Demonstration

Hello Kindred Spirits!

In today's video, I show you how I make a herbal healing salve for my family.

It is easy to make and is very effective if you have a bug bite or a rash.

I forage for the Chickweed and Plantain in my own backyard and I recommend that you get a good field guide book to properly identify the herbs.

I've been using herbs for years and I have gained a lot of knowledge from a book called Medicinal Herbalism by David Hoffman.
Also, a good Peterson's Field Guide is invaluable when foraging for herbs.

***Please note, I am not a medical professional. I am just a mother who has used herbal remedies with a lot of success.


Ingredients for Herbal Healing Salve
1 Cup Chopped Chickweed and Plantain leaves.
1 Cup Good Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil or Sweet Almond Oil
1/4 Cup Beeswax Pellets
