Hello everyone!

Tonight you'll be getting an extensive eye exam from your ophthalmologist.

I've decided to start a little dark mode series, let me know if you find it relaxing! Also, let me know in the comments how you do in the colour-blindness test as it's in black and white, haha.

I like doing these kind of videos with an intentionally unintentional vibe. That is, I act out the scenarios in a realistic time and don't force any of the sounds. I rely only on what the equipment and my movements naturally make. I speak in a soft-spoken but not unnatural voice.

It should be noted that I am not a doctor in any way, shape or form. And while I have researched the topic for the video, there will no doubt be some mistakes throughout. Please don't use this video for educational purposes.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a term coined for the fuzzy or tingly sensation felt in response to certain audio, visual or other sensory stimuli. This sensation tends to start in the scalp but can work it's way down the body, and is associated with a strong feeling of relaxation. These videos are created to try and elicit this response, and also to be relaxing in general.
