간단하게 알려드리자면 샴푸청결하게 하시고 수분량이 적정한 상태로 트리트먼트나 영양팩을 듬북발라서 비닐캡 쓰시고 자연방치 30분정도 있다가 미온수로 깨끗하게 헹궈주시면 된다.
가정에 전기헤어캡이 있으면 훨씬 효과적이다.
일주일에 부지런하셔서 2번 정도만 해주셔도 큐티클층이 단단해지고 훨씬 부드럽고 윤기가 난다.
