Calm an Overactive Root Chakra | 20 Minute Reiki ASMR | Balancing & Grounding ⚖️

In this 20 minute reiki ASMR video we will look at Muladhara, the root chakra, when it becomes too active and out of balance.

When there is an excess of energy in this area, for whatever reason, it can vibrate at a non-harmonic frequency causing disturbances and imbalances within the mind and body.
It is best not to wear too much red when dealing with an overactive root chakra. Perhaps look at adding white, cream or beige to your outfit. Or wear the opposite colour to red on the colour spectrum, which is green. Green is associated with balance, healing, nature and grounding.

I will also take you through incenses, essential oils, herbs, vegetables and gemstones that can help with calming an overactive root chakra.
