Today's distance Reiki session is intentionally a little shorter and more simplistic to serve as a quicker way to clear and refresh your aura when you have encountered toxic energy, difficult encounters, upsetting situations, etc. Also if you are just feeling drained or not at your best, this session can help you shake off some of those feelings and help you to relax.
