ASMR Follow My Instructions For Sleep (Do As I Say)

Follow my instructions for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to play around with a creative idea to incorporate triggers that I think you all enjoy with a following instructions type video. Filming this video was a lot of fun and I think you can tell I had a great time telling you all what to do (I was even quite sassy at times in this one lol). I used an assortment of triggers in this whispered asmr video including hand movements, bubble popping, mouth sounds, follow the light, asking questions, measuring you, positive affirmations, bad energy pulling, etc... Basically many visual and auditory triggers for the ultimate relaxation. The setting was hopefully dark and relaxing for you, and the mood was relaxing and playful for a sleepy yet feel good experience. If this didn't make you sleepy, hopefully it still relaxed and entertained you. Luna even made a surprise appearance in this, so I hope you enjoyed that!

I really loved how this turned out as it is full of triggers, and tons of personal attention. I tried to cater to my audience as I have an idea on what you all like, but if you would like me to do this again, let me know some triggers you would like to see next time!
