Supposed to be 4K 60 170€ Action cam

Seriusly i got this cam for 88€ on sale. It is a Action cam from Rollei called 11s plus and i hoped it would be a worthy upgrade from my 6s plus.
No rly this is what a 170€ camera gives you???
I know it was the show piece for grabbing and stuff since it was the last one and it may have a defect
but a rugged action cam should stand this kind of abuse no problem.
I feel ripped off and when im done testing this issue i may or may not return this piece of garbage.
