Holly has been a client of mine a number of years now probably since the first day she started doing pole fitness since then she has gone on to get better and better and even competes in pole now.
A couple of years ago Holly had a accident and fell of the pole tearing a ligament in her shoulder what followed was several months of rehab to help strengthen her shoulder, Her rehab included lots of physio, strength training and the occasional massage with me. Now she comes to me when the shoulder is feeling tight and to help maintain her body.
