ASMR Feet Movement & Tapping Overlay

I filmed the video portion first and then I recorded a second layer for the tapping sounds. I tapped on a thick plastic bin and a (cardboard) poster board. Most of it is light and soft, but I did tap a little louder at certain points. Foot movements are completely random. I recorded a few minutes and looped it. Hope you enjoy! ❤️

What is ASMR?
“ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These can include soft whispering, crinkling paper, or a gentle touch.”
To me, it’s a relaxing or calming feeling, the tingles or the chills.
