ASMR | Up-Close Whisper (Childhood Event, Squishy Brain Show & Tell)

OK, this video gets a "Weirdest Title I've Had To Type Recently" award.

NOTE: I talk about surgery and kidney/bladder stuff in this video. If hearing about things like that bothers you, you may want to skip this. I don't get all bloody and gory or anything, but I know this sort of talk bothers some people, and it's ok if you click off this video.

With that being said, this video is an up-close whisper, where I'll tell you about a conversation that my mom had in a park with a total stranger that may well have saved my life. After that, we'll take a look at a squishy foam brain because...well, why not. :)

I forgot to mention something in the video. The great thing about that doctor from Texas (I think that's where he was from) being there at the facility where I was evaluated and where the surgery was ultimately done was that he had the expertise needed to do that surgery. He had more experience with it than almost any other surgeon in the country at the time, and it's amazing that he just happened to be there when I came in to be examined. Depending on your religious beliefs, you could almost say that the way the whole thing came together was miraculous.

I don't know. Whatever the reason, I'm very grateful to everyone involved, because without them, I wouldn't be here today. :)
