What is REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. What is ASMR?
(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)
a tingling sensation across the scalp or down the back of the neck and, for some, down the spine or limbs, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus. ASMR can create pleasant feelings of relaxation, calm, sleepiness or well-being. Triggers can include whispering, soft touch, hair brushing or hair play, scalp massage, etc.
