Hello my friends, Selena here!

Today I bring to you some soft-spoken positive affirmations to listen to for relaxation and a more positive mindset, paired with the (occasionally) echoey, (hopefully) tingly, soothing sounds of depression glass, a vintage type of glassware collected and made popular during the Great Depression in the US. (The bigger glass mugs featured are technically not depression glass, but it is what it is haha).

Positive affirmations are not meant to be a cure, but listening to them and repeating the ones that feel best can be a helpful addition to a treatment plan for depression, anxiety and more.

Although it may feel silly and even challenging to take these to heart at first, especially if you’re living with depression, sticking with it can help contribute to a more positive outlook over time for some.

As a person who struggles with depression, anxiety and mental health issues, I can say that positive affirmations have personally been a great addition to my life and have improved my overall mindset, so I truly hope they can help you as well!
