[ASMR] Soft Relaxation/Meditation for Easy Sleep

Hello everyone :) Thank you to my Patron Andreas for requesting this video. I have never written a guided meditation /hypnosis(notreallyhypnosis) before, so I hope it works for you. There was a time recently when I meditated every day and I actually found that it recentered my selfawareness and happiness, and genuinely got a lot out of it! I highly recommend taking a few minutes every day to do some meditation if you feel all-over-the-place or generally stressed.
