It's very hard for me to expose myself this way, talking about my mental health struggles, opening up about my mental health journey. This affects my life and I just wanted to give you an update. Maybe you don't know about my mental health, and my life. Maybe you don't care, and I respect that. But since somebody out there might find this video helpful or inspiring, I just ask no judgement. I'm already judging myself really hard, trust me! Just enjoy the ASMR soft spoken and ASMR page flipping. These unintentional ASMR triggers still make the video relaxing and I hope it can help you find sleep and relaxation, if not peace.

I'm not looking fancy and put together. I just wanted this unintentional ASMR video to be as genuine as it is. Mostly it's the vocal trace to my Podcast: the Anxiety Blender.
