Reiki healing energy POV roleplay to help buddy feel better from a rough day. He has sustained injuries to his head so I will be examining closely. Giving him (you) personal attention which requires your focus to my instructions. Follow my instructions to test your eye focus to make sure there is no damage to eyes and suffering from a concussion. The light triggers will help determine that. Then will have him comfortably on the bed and scan his body and energy field to determine what needs to be done. This is meant to help guide energy through the physical body to heal, and to release any energy blockages. And to remove negative energy that may cause emotional pain that you might have. Follow along to help to get into a peaceful state of relaxation. Intended to relieve anxiety, stress, and to help you sleep.
