So, make sure you’re ready for bed before you watch this video.

Now, I want you to make yourself comfortable.
Relax. Put on your headphones. And close your eyes. Close your eyes and relax. Relax all your muscles. That’s very good.
Now... think of your favourite smell.
Imagine, imagine it to be there. You can smell it. You can smell your favourite smell.
