Follow my instructions for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to play around with a creative idea to incorporate triggers that I think you all enjoy with a following instructions type video. Filming this video was a lot of fun and I think you can tell I had a great time telling you all what to do (I was even quite sassy at times in this one lol). I used an assortment of triggers in this whispered asmr video including hand movements, mouth sounds, rubber gloves, follow the light, follow the pen, asking questions, examining you, breathing exercises, follow my finger, playing with slime/playdough. crinkle sounds, basically many visual and auditory triggers for the ultimate relaxation. The setting was hopefully dark and relaxing for you, and the mood was relaxing and playful for a sleepy yet feel good experience. I at times was sassy as I said by tricking you and reprimanding you, but I hope you enjoyed the laughs along the way. This is my first time making this kind of video, but I noticed follow my instructions/ do as I say videos are quite popular so I wanted to give it a try. If this didn't make you sleepy, hopefully it still relaxed and entertained you!

I really loved how this turned out as it is full of triggers, and tons of personal attention. I tried to cater to my audience as I have an idea on what you all like, but if you would like me to do this again, let me know some triggers you would like to see next time!
