This session begins with tuning forks and once those are completely it is a gentle session which i believe would be great for sleep and dream work healing. Restoring energy fields and harmony through nurturing yourself. Would also be very helpful for caregivers.

So many of us are going through it and are likely reaching emotional burn out. Questions come of self preservation, reciprocation, guilt, frustration, wondering how we can sustain ourselves energetically emotionally mentally and still be there for others.

I hope this session serves to replenish your own cup so you can continue to follow you heart and love and care and create and just BE your authentic self.

For each level of Reiki the initiate receives a recorded lecture to watch at their own time, a personal attunement video, and an optional live Zoom meeting to go over any submitted Qs as well as a Reiki share with the group of all levels. Certificate is mailed via USPS.
