My Video Editing Workflow [ASMR]

As requested by one of my patrons, here is a quick step by step workflow for how I make ASMR videos once I reach the editing and exporting stage. This is using Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 (which is pretty old school now).

I think I rushed through a few items, so please ask any questions and I can elaborate.
