Relaxing Medical Massage (Physical Assessment & Treatment) 🌟 ASMR Soft Spoken Personal Attention RP

Medical, or remedial, massage is used for pain & dysfunction in the body. After a little anatomy lesson and a physical assessment for range of movement and strength, we'll be working through the major muscles of the upper body to address any pain/dysfunction. We'll be massaging both the anterior and posterior upper body, with techniques like compression, traction, and different types of massage strokes.

Because this is an ASMR video, it is not filmed realistically—a lot of the massage would be done with the massage therapist at the head of the patient, rather than in front all the time!
