Ingredients:
-1 box 454g Slow dried pasta (cook until al dente)
-1/2 cup pasta water
Sauce:
-1 cup raw cashews
-1 cup water
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-4 cloves of garlic
-1 tsp salt
-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
-1 Tbsp dried basil (or fresh)
Blend everything in high speed blender for 1 minute
Other veggies:
-2 packs Cremini mushrooms
-2 jalapeño peppers
-1 bag frozen peas
(Use any veggie you like)
Mix everything and enjoy!
