I've been thinking about the stuff we buy and where it comes from, who it affects, and what we can do to be better? I care about the earth, and about people, and so sometimes I surprise myself by how much stuff I use daily that contradicts all that I think I am. Why is it that all the clothes we buy are made in countries where people are paid *maybe* 25 cents a MONTH, and their quality of living sucks, and that no one seems to care? Well, does our "not buying it" help them, or not? I don't know. But I do know that I like to support local farmers, crafters, clothing makers, artists, and so on. So I'm going to try and do more of that.
Give a crap!
